Today we drove about 2 hours out of town to Assisi. Saint Francis and Saint Clair gave up their wealthy lives to live in chastity, poverty, and obedience. By far, this was the most picturesque town we've seen. By leading simple lives and becoming one with nature, I consider them early hippies. Since I'm feeling lazy and tired today, I will keep this post short and simple in honor of St. Francis!
